BUS BAR
We supply insulated bus bar system for overhead crane electrical power supply. These find application in
material handling systems as well as monorail systems.
The advantages of insulated bus bar system are
- Compact in size and easy to install both in horizontal and vertical configuration.
- Conductor insulation is colour coded to R Y B and G colours
- Conductors are insulated with IP2 – “fingersafe” protection
- Bolted splice joint ensure positive connection between adjoining conductors
- Articulated current collector arms that can rotate, apart from moving in vertical and horizontal directions ensuring that the shoe is always in contact with the conductor.
- V contact design of conductor ensures positive contact with current collector.
Insulated bus bar systems are available in
- Galvanized Iron (GI) material : 60A, 100A and 125A ratings
- Stainless Steel (SS) material : 40A rating - with pin type connection
- Aluminium (Al) with embedded SS material : 200A and 315A ratings
- Copper material : 160 Amp, 250A and 400A Ratings
Higher amperage bus bars - 500Amp, 800Amp and 1000Amp ratings in Aluminium and 800 Amp and
1000Amp ratings in Copper are also available.
